The following report is taken from the Sydney Morning Herald of 12th April 1851:
“PUBLICANS’ LICENSES. - The following is the list of applications for Publicans’ Licenses at the Annual Licensing Meeting, to be held at the Court House, Windsor, on the 15th instant.
