Over the years we have been given documents, photos, etc. & conducted lots of Oral History interviews without getting the proper release to reprint or use the material. Trying to rectify this years later is a hassle; people move, and sometimes unfortunately die & permission must then be sought from their heirs. So to do it right, from the beginning, we have developed these sample forms, which can be adapted for your own use.
