The Brisbane Courier, 28th June 1897 :

“The New South Wales coastal schooner Bonnie Dundee was lost at Borley Point [Bawley Point], near Ulladulla. The vessel parted her chains and drove ashore during a north-east gale on the morning of the 19th instant, quickly becoming a total wreck. The crew, who took to the rigging, were rescued with considerable difficulty by means of a lifeline.”
